This Privacy Policy explains how RD Health Services LLC ("RDHS," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and platform. It applies to website visitors as well as assisted living facility staff who use our platform to manage resident service plans.

Information We Collect

When you register for an account, contact us, or use our platform, you may provide information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and billing information. Our platform is also used to record information about the residents in your care as part of completing service plans — see "Resident Health Information" below for how that information is handled separately.

How We Use Your Information

We may use the information you provide to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process payments and transactions
• Respond to customer service requests and inquiries
• Send transactional SMS messages, such as service plan and expiration reminders (if opted in)
• Send you information about your account or service updates
• Request ratings or reviews of our services

Resident Health Information (PHI)

Our platform is used by assisted living facilities to create and manage resident service plans, which may include protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. This information is entered and used solely to provide our services to your facility, and is handled according to the safeguards described on our HIPAA Compliance page. RDHS does not own resident health information — your facility remains responsible for the information it enters, and a Business Associate Agreement governs our handling of PHI on your facility’s behalf.

SMS Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us, such as service plan and expiration reminders. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell your phone number or personal information to third parties.

How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including regular malware and vulnerability scanning, secured networks, and encryption via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for sensitive data. All payment transactions are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway and are not stored on our servers. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not function properly as a result. We honor Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals.

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties, except to trusted vendors who help us operate our platform (such as our hosting and payment providers), who are contractually required to keep that information confidential. We may disclose information when required by law.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users via email and in-site notification within 7 business days of becoming aware of the breach.

Email Communications

We collect your email address to respond to inquiries, send account and service updates, and process transactions. In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
